Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Burkart Hall, 56 Keeley Avenue, New Britain, Pennsylvania.

The subject property for this application is located on
East Butler Avenue (Parcel No. 25-6-56) in the Office
Commercial (C-3) Zoning District of the Borough.

Please note this is a continuance from the hearing
previously scheduled for May 28, 2026.
