HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of New Britain Borough
will hold a hearing on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Burkart Hall, 56 Keeley
Avenue, New Britain, Pennsylvania, to hear the application of:
Interstate Outdoor Advertising, LP, which requests a special exception pursuant to
Section 450.49.F of the New Britain Borough Zoning Ordinance and variances from Sections
450-21.D.(5)(a) and 450-49.F.(3) to permit less than the required front yard setback for the
removal of the existing billboard and the construction of a new digital billboard to be located
approximately 35 ft. south of the existing billboard albeit on the same side of the creek. The
property is located on East Butler Avenue (Parcel No. 25-6-56) in the Office Commercial (C-3)
Zoning District of the Borough.
The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course. All
interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
