A copy of the Butler Ave “Main St” Plan presentation is now available to view.
This report was prepared by the Bucks County Planning Commission with input from the Planning Commission and Community and Business Committee. DVRPC provided financial support for the project.
Next steps will involved public review, including discussion of the plan at a future Borough Council meeting.

At the February 2016 Planning Commission meeting, Gilmore and Associates presented a 3D Model of the types of structures the proposed Mixed Use Overlay would allow for. The Borough would like to thank Gilmore and Associates for their work on this project, which was done free of charge. This Ordinance is currently being discussed for formal review and is scheduled to be advertised for the next meeting of the Planning Commission, which will be Tuesday, March 15th at 7:30PM in Burkart Hall. Bucks County has a new service available to provide you with local alerts about emergencies, severe weather and road closures either via email or on your cellphone.
The service is called ReadyNotifyPA and it is completely free. You can customize the types of alerts you receive, what municipalities can send you alerts, and how you want to receive alerts.
