The Council of New Britain Borough will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be held at Burkart Hall, 56 Keeley Ave., New Britain, PA 18901.

HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of New Britain Borough will hold a hearing on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Burkart Hall, 56 Keeley Avenue, New Britain, Pennsylvania, to hear the application of:

Krager Properties, LLC, which requests a special exception pursuant to Section 450-24.C(2) of the New Britain Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit a warehousing/distribution use and variances from Sections 450-24.D(3) and (4) to permit more than the permitted impervious and building coverages respectively.  The applicant proposes to construct a 10,000 sq. ft. one-story building with supporting improvements on property located at 78 Industrial Drive (Parcel No. 25-1-138) in the LI – Light Industrial Zoning District of the Borough.

The Board will also consider any other business that comes before it in due course.  All interested parties may attend this hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
