New Britain Borough seeks a FT Assistant to the Manager.  This is an FLSA exempt paid position with benefits (health insurance, 401k style retirement, paid time off) that requires 40-45 hours per week.  The position requires working physically in our office during business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.  The position will also require attendance at our monthly Borough Council meeting (the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30PM) and other public meetings as needed.

Starting pay will depend on applicant qualifications and background, but is expected to be in the range of $40,000 to $48,000 per year.
