Nicole will have limited hours during tax season at the New Britain Borough Administration Building, 45 Keeley Avenue.

The Tax Collector does not levy the taxes, only collects them. The notices are issued March 1st for the Borough and the County, and July 1st for the School District. State and Federal taxes are not under the jurisdiction of the local collector. The elected term of office is four years.
Earned Income Taxes
Keystone Collections Group handles LST (Local Services Tax) and EIT (Earned Income Tax) for the Borough. If you have questions regarding local tax filing, please refer to the FAQ link below. Taxpayer Service Agents try to respond to all online inquiries within three business days.
