For their new automated phone system, please have the residents use the below process to schedule a free bulk pickup:

1. Call 800-869-5566
2. When prompted, state “Bulk Pickup”
3. State your address
4. When prompted for an Account #, say “I don’t have one”
5. Then, say “Residential”
6. Then you will be sent to a live Customer Service Rep to schedule the free/included bulk pickup
