SENIOR EXPO Chuck McIlhinney and Katharine Watson will be hosting a Joint Senior Expo on Friday, October 14, 2011 for the residents of their legislative and senatorial districts. The event will be held at Delaware Valley College in the Moumgis Auditorium, 700 East Butler Avenue in Doylestown. The hours are from 10:00 AM through 12:30 PM. Since classes will be in session, no parking will be available on campus. Arrangements have been made for designated parking at the Town Center Shopping Center (Giant Market), located on Butler Avenue (Route 202) in New Britain, south of the college. Free shuttle buses will be available to take you back to the college. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Representative Watson's Warminster office at 215-674-0500.

New Britain Borough has approved Ordinance 2010-335 providing for a Joint Municipal Agreement for Police Services between Doylestown Borough and New Britain Borough. NBBPD officers will continue to serve New Britain Borough in the same capacity with additional assistance provided, when necessary, from Doylestown Borough officers. Residents are advised, under this Agreement, on occasion they may encounter Doylestown Borough officers in New Britain Borough patrol cars.
